It is produced with the whole piglet, fully deboned.
It is ideal for weddings and private parties in which is pleasing to have it as a meal without exceeding.
The finished product weight range is from a minimum of 8 kg to a maximum of 15 Kg, depending on the customer's request.
It is sold fresh with a shelf-life of 10 days, or under vacuum sealed with a shelf-life of 60 days. Stored at a temperature of 0°/+4° (32-39°F).
